Yes. The 90 sqm, the garden and the wellness area are reserved exclusively for the guests of the booking.
The house sleeps up to four guests: two in the double bed in the bedroom and two more on the sofa bed in the living room. There is one bedroom and one bathroom, with every room for your exclusive use.
No. The tub set into the ancient well is not heated; it has hydromassage and chromotherapy.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen, and courtesy toiletries.
No. Pets, parties and events are not allowed, out of respect for the house and the neighbours.

No. The house lies within the historic centre’s limited traffic zone (ZTL): from the main road it is about 50 metres on foot to the entrance.
Paid blue-line parking is nearby, with a meter (number plate and coins) or the EasyPark app. Antonella recommends the San Francesco and Orti del Duca car parks, about 5–10 minutes on foot; Orti del Duca is larger and also has covered spaces. Always check rates and hours on the signs and at the meter.
