Privacy

Here you will find, in plain words, which data are processed when you visit this site and what happens when you choose to contact us or open external services.

Technical browsing data

The site is hosted on third-party infrastructure which, in order to deliver the pages, records technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, requested page and any errors.

Purpose: delivering the pages, security, abuse prevention and diagnostics. Legal basis: technical necessity and legitimate interest in the secure operation of the site.

Retention periods and processing locations depend on the infrastructure provider and are being verified: this notice will be updated with precise information.

Visit statistics

The page code of this site includes no analytics tools, advertising pixels or social media SDKs of its own.

The platform hosting the site offers a visit statistics feature, enabled from the project settings and independent of the page code. In a check on 24 September 2026 of the previously published version of the site, this feature was active: a platform script sets the session-id cookie (lasting about 30 minutes) and sends a page-visit event to an address on the site itself, containing browser type, language, country inferred from the browser time zone, referring page, path and address of the page visited.

The configuration of the final version of the site is being verified: this notice will be updated to state whether statistics are disabled or, if kept, how they work and any consent choices. We currently have no verified information on how long these data are kept or where they are processed.

The contact form

The form on the Contact page does not send or store any data on this site. The fields only compose a text: after your click, the email app you use opens with a pre-filled draft, which you may edit or not send. From that point the draft and any sending are handled by the visitor's own email app and provider, under their respective notices.

External platforms

WhatsApp and Airbnb are third-party services reached through plain links. When you choose to open them, they process data as independent controllers under their own notices.

The map

The OpenStreetMap map is not loaded automatically. Only after you click “Load the map” does your browser contact OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address. The written address and the directions link remain always available.

Recipients

Technical data are processed by the infrastructure providers needed to run the site. Other services receive data only if you choose to open them (WhatsApp, Airbnb, OpenStreetMap).

This notice is updated whenever the tools or the available information change; the date above shows the latest revision.
